For non-defective returns, we deduct a 20% re-stocking fee to recover for labor, materials, and original shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility, the cost difference (if applicable) for the new product, and shipping from our facility out to you.
If an item may be defective, please send us a message describing your concerns and please attach images to show us what is happening. From there, we will troubleshoot the product and see if anything can be done.
If the wrong product is sent, please send us a message with images as proof. From there, we will discuss an exchange or how the return will be handled.
